Rental Processing - Rental Queue: This queue contains membersý rental request sorted on date of request.
- Shipment Queue : This queue contains movies which are already shipped by admin but are yet to be delivered to the member.
- Delivery Queue: This queue contains movies which are in possession of member and this queue is updated when the movie is received by admin from member.
Order Processing - Orders: Order may be in one of the 3 states namely , pending , Delivered and Completed. There are 3 links on the page to access the pending orders , delivered orders and completed orders.
- Order reporting: There are 3 types of reports, date-wise purchase report ,user-wise purchase report and movie-wise purchase report.
- Shipping methods: Supported shipping method are handled from here.
Payment Gateway - Payment Gateway: Payment gateway is selected from this page.
- Gateway form Code: Form code obtained from the respective payment processor is entered for the various subscriptions created.
- All major payment gateway integrations are supported: paypal, 2checkout, Autorize.net, verisign, worldpay, securepay, etc. If your payment gateway is not in this list, we will custom integrate that for you, without any additional cost.
User section
Newsletter management
Sends newsletter to the subscribers in plain text as well as html format. Other features includes subscriberýs search , Archive maintenance. Each of these features are intuitive and easy to grasp.
Setup Options - Admin Login: Add/Edit/Delete admin users.
- Change User Template: This interface allows to change the look of the user pages.
- Country: Add/Edit/Delete countries , search the country by name and sort the countries alphabetically.
- DVD Subscription: Add/Edit/Delete subscription , search subscription by title and sort them alphabetically.
- Email Templates: Allows to set/edit the content of mail which are sent automatically to admin/customer when new member registers , a dvd is shipped , dvd is received etc.
- Press Release: Allows press released to be added and modified.
- State: Add/Edit/Delete State , search the State by name and sort the states alphabetically.
Inventory Management
The system provides with a way to bulk import and export Inventory data into and from the system database. The system can accept CSV format data which can be imported into the database with an inbuilt import web interface and export it into CSV format from the export interface.
User Section
Home Page
This page shows movies that the user has rented and not rated. When user rate the movie it will not be displayed in this page. Also this page displays the movies not rented and rated by the user. Also this page displays list of top movies rented in last 2 weeks.
Rental Queue
This page shows the movies rented by the user. It has three sections. First section shows the list of movies delivered to user and not received from him. Second Section shows list of movies rented by user but not delivered to him. The user can remove movie from this list and also can change the priority of a particular movie, because the movies will be delivered to user according to priority for that movie which is set by user. Third section shows list of movies rented by user which are not available for renting. This is due many things. The movie may not been released or available yet, all the dvds of the movie are rented and site donýt have any dvd etc.
My Account
This page lists preferences of the user, problem reporting, history, order tracking etc. - Current Membership Terms: This page indicates all the terms and condition of the subscription selected by user.
- Upgrade or Downgrade Membership: The user can change his/her subscription.
- Cancel Membership: The user can cancel membership.
- Update Email Address or password: The user can change email address or password.
- Update Credit Card: The user can change credit card information.
- Update Name and Postal Address: The user can change name and postal address.
- Update Area of Interest: The user can change his/her area of interest which will reflect on recommendation page.
- Update Email Subscription: The user can change email subscription.
- View Rental History: This page lists all the movies rented by user in past.
- View Billing History: This page displays billing history.
- View Movie Rating History: This page displays movies rented by user but not rated by him/her.
- Report DVD or shipping Problem: This page allows user to report user lost/damaged dvd, missing dvd, wrong dvd, delay in delivery of dvd etc.
- Track Orders: This page lists all the orders for buying the movies from the site.

- Recommendations: This page lists 5 movies under user interest. User can change his/her interest by clicking link on that page.
- New Releases: This page lists 5 movies released/available on site in last 3 months. If movies are more then 5 then user can view list of all the releases by clicking on a link below every section.
- Criticsý Pick: This page shows the movies that are reviewed by critics.
- Top 100: This page lists top 100 movies that are rented in last 2 weeks.
- Academy Awards: This page lists movies that are awarded academy awards.
- All Genres: This page lists all the genres in which the movies are categorized.
- Movie Genres: This page lists new releases, criticsý pick and all the movies in a particular genre.
- All Collection: This page lists all the collections in which the movies are categorized.
- Movie Collection: This page lists all the movies in a particular collection.
- AFI Awards: This page lists movies that are awarded AFI awards.
- Special Features: This page lists all the movies that have some special features.
- Member Favorites: This page lists the movies which have highest ratings from the users.
- By Studio: This page lists all the studios of the movies in the site. By selecting any studio on this page user can see all the movies under that studio.
- Movie Actors: This page lists all the movies acted by the actor or the actress.
- Movie Directors: This page lists all the movies directed by the director.
- Movie Critics: This page lists all the movies that are review by the critic.
- Movie Details: This page shows features of the movie. It displays genre, sub-genres, collection, sub-collections, actors, director, studio, language, subtitle language, format, awards, Motion Pictures Academy description, similar movies, user reviews and allows users to write reviews etc.
- Customer Cart: This page lists movies that are marked to buy by user. User can change the quantity of a movie. The compound price is displayed. When user click on ýcheckoutý a order is created. By selecting ýSend orderý link user can send order to admin.
- Sign up: It is 4 step process. In first step user is required to enter email address and password. This email address will be his ýUser Nameý. In next step user is required to enter personal information. In the next step user is required to enter credit card information and select subscription model. In next step user will be provided with a link or button based on his/her selection of subscription model.
- Search: This page lists all the movies, genres, collections, actors, directors which match the search criteria.
